Artwork Guidelines
Send us what you have. We’ll help get your logo ready for your garments.

Our in-house designer recreates your logo as an embroidery file, so the artwork you send doesn’t need to be perfect or high quality.
A photo, screenshot or older logo is usually fine — we just need to be able to make out the design and wording.
No embroidery file? No problem.
Vector artwork is ideal for printing. Send us a vector file, PDF, EPS or JPEG.
PDF and EPS work best when they contain vector artwork. If you’re sending a JPEG, send the largest, clearest original you have.
Original files beat tiny screenshots.
These three things help us get started:
Attach the logo or design you’d like to use.
Tell us what you’re ordering and the garment colours.
Chest, back, sleeve… let us know the position and roughly how big you want it.
We’ll show you how your branding will look, so you can check the design, size and placement before production.
The screen proof shows the layout. The finished print or stitching can look a little different on fabric.
For embroidery, that’s usually enough for our designer to work from if the logo and wording are readable. For printing, send it over and we’ll check whether it’s clear enough at the size you need.
Not always. A PDF can contain a small image too. Send the original file and we’ll check it for you.
No — we recreate the embroidery artwork in-house. Just send us a reference for the logo or design.
We’ll let you know what’s needed before we go ahead. You don’t have to figure it all out yourself.
Send it over anyway. We’ll take a look and tell you if we need anything else.
Attach your files to the email and include your order details.
